Every Friday we start the day in the truly Greek way with iced coffee and/or healthy mountain tea, everyone makes their own, to get into the spirit of things. Once the introductions are over we begin by making Stiffado- an iconic Greek dish which is perfect for stress free Dinner parties .This is followed by various appetisers, including Spinach and feta pie, Dolmades, a spicy cheese dip and an unbelievably simple yet amazing salad. Followed by our delicious ‘make ahead’ Orange cake, to complete the menu. All this is interspersed with stories about the Island, its culture and how the Mediterranean diet has come to be what it is today. There will be plenty of hands on opportunities during the morning, different products to taste, and wines to sample – you definitely won’t leave feeling hungry. Finally we retreat to our beautiful, shady garden area to enjoy all the delicious food we’ve created with a well-deserved ice cold drink – a perfect end to fun filled morning. TUESDAY CLASS: The Greek Classics – The same format, different dishes: Mousaka(vegan option available), Baklava rolls, Saganaki, Greek Salad & Tsatsiki.

The trip starts from the beautiful beach Mikros Gialos , we paddling near the coast in south east direction. We have the chance to observe the amazing geological formations and learn information, from the guides, about the geological phenomena and the interesting history of the area. The final destination of our trip is the spectacular Blue Cave with the hidden entrance. However, until we reach our final destination, we will make many stops on remote beaches for swimming and snorkeling, and we will be given the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful seabed full of big red starfish. On our way back, we will visit another small cave, which offers shelter to small seals during the winter months. A truly amazing sea route for everyone who wants to enjoy the sun, the unique experience of sea kayak and the beautiful Ionian Sea. Other things to note the meeting point is at the end of the road(you will see a white flag,and the trailer load kayaks)must be there at 9:30

Our trip starts from Kardamyli’s old harbor, the place we meet. The activity includes 30 min preparation time, 2-2,5 hours paddling exploration 1 hour break for rest,swimming and snorkeling. Before departure, we brief you on trip details, kayak paddling techniques and safety measures. Soon we get into our kayaks and begin a coastal exploration at a relaxed paddling pace. Each little cove hides a special surprise such as hidden sea caves, rock gardens, cliffs with spectacular formation, hidden sandy and pebble beaches. One of the top attractions of this trip is a visit to the Blue Cave. A spectacular natural phenomenon where sunlight passing through a crack in the cave reflects on the sea floor and bathes the entire cave in aquamarine light. A swim into the cave is a must do and a lifetime experience. Weather and time permitting we may head to Stoupa for a stop at the beach of Kalogria with its fine golden sand and turquoise waters. Halfway we make a relaxing stop for swimming, snorkeling and rest. Once the lunch stop is over we paddle back to the starting point to end an adventurous day spent in the coastline of the Mani. Other things to note The Seakayaking in Kardamyli trip is suitable for everyone, beginners and families . We keep a stable and comfortable paddling pace and there's sufficient rest time during our stops.

Olive Tour & Tasting is a unique experience just a 25-minute drive north from Kalamata. Special offers for kids over 12 years old! During your visit, you’ll walk in a century-old olive grove that have been groomed and harvested the antique way for over 4 generations. Our tour will last for approximately 3 hours exploring and eating on our way through the historical centre of Kalamata. We will stroll around and stop at selected stops where you will taste traditional food and snacks, typical of the region. I have integrated within our tour, expertise and information on valuable nutritional information, gastronomical history facts, interesting knowledge regarding the Mediterranean diet as well as an insight on the food culture of Greece from the ancient times until now. We meet and present ourselves and what we will do and which path we will follow along our food tour. There is little preparation involved and we soon visit our first stop to start the tasting. I will make sure that you walk in the shade, have regular breaks to enjoy the route as well as time to take photographs of the stops, food and surroundings you visit. I believe it is essential that you feel the Greek hospitality and make my best for you to enjoy this tour! Through this tour you will sample Greek traditional food, walk in non-touristic areas of the city, visit the farmers market (extended market days are Wednesdays and Saturdays), eat lunch and meet local people. After a short introduction we jump into the kayaks and start paddling around the island for some amazing photos. Our journey takes us to a small and beautiful island of Daskalio with a little church on it where still marriages take place. We will continue to Love Bay and the calm little gulf of Neorio where we will see beautiful boats and enjoy the nature. As the sun sets down we will slowly kayak back and on our way keep our breath for the views – just relaxing and being in the moment. You will feel the beauty and magic of the sunset in this area. we will meet at the meeting point after we will go to the take off with our van and after a small briefing we will be in the air its simple and safe.after we land back at the take off or at the beach it depends on the wind how strong it is. Other things to note paragliding is depending on the weather conditions and we want to have a safe flight always.. i would like to know how many days you will be for holidays to plan the best day for paragliding.(if the weather is not good for paragliding at the current day we will reschedule the next day or before the booking)..paragliding is very dependant on the weather conditions and you have to be flexible on time.. i dont recomend to book a paragliding flight on the departure day or a day before.
