Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The house is rented as a whole (8 adults and 2 children). It is located 5 minutes from the village, surrounded by a garden with a private pool where peace and tranquility can be enjoyed. It features a wonderful terrace with views of the village, the mountains, and in the distance, the sea with the Bay of Roses. The house offers several living areas, 2 fireplaces, a barbecue, a pool table and table tennis. Capacity can be increased by up to 4 guests by renting the loft located on the same house.

Mas Carbó una masia del s.XVI equipada amb totes les comoditats del s.XXI. Gaudeix de la tranquil·litat del camp a l'Alt Empordà a 20 minuts de St Martí d'Empúries i a 10 minuts de Figueres. Disposem d'un espai exterior on fer barbacoes, piscina, taula de ping-pong, billar, xemeneia interior, diverses zones per menjar i relaxar-se, una cuina equipada amb tot el necessari i un pati interior on resguardar-se de la Tramuntana. Tot preparat per passar una bona estada sense haver de sortir de casa.

Ca la Conxita és una fantàstica casa de poble a Les Escaules, un poblet d'uns 100 habitants, a pocs kilòmetres de Figueres. La casa disposa de 3 habitacions: dues dobles i 1 individual. Una cuina completa amb sortida a terrassa amb barbacoa. Una gran sala d'estar (amb llar de foc) i menjador amb vistes al Castell. A la planta baixa: la mini piscina privada per a refrescar-vos.
