Spacieux appartement dans maison de campagne

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for more information. We do have two large friendly dogs, various cats and two horses.

In the heart of the Plaimont wine area, local bars and restaurants are easily reached as are Aignan and Lupiac with their swimming lakes and lakeside restaurants. We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

Vous bénéficiez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle. Une salle de douche avec machine à laver. Une chambre parentale indépendante ainsi qu'une mezzanine avec 2 lits en 90 cm et une banquette bz. Un espace extérieur détente avec coin repas ( possibilité de petit-déjeuner en supplément). Recharge voiture électrique en supplément.

Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
