It’s just been fully refurbished and boasts a beautiful large master bedroom, kitchen dinner with bio fire “log burner” in the living room. If you want to work there is a second bedroom that is set up for an office/home working. Close to the hustle and bustle of Wivenhoe but tucked away in Mulberry Harbour Way.

It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables.
