If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.

Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum.
