For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

The Loft is a second-story self-contained annex attached via a private entrance. On-Site Parking. We are situated on 3 acres and love our 1909 farmhouse and The Barn 1880: Historic Venue. Relax all day, or grab the complimentary kayaks & fishing poles for a fun day on a no wake fishing lake! Use the gas grill to cook up your catch. The dock & beach/kayak launch are just steps away, where you can watch the beautiful sunrise views. The cottage is for 1 or 2 adults only. It is not set up for children. Pictures are provided to show how close you are to the lake and the dock. The cottage has parking for one vehicle only. There is no overflow parking. Sorry, no pets allowed.

The lake house is located on a no-wake lake, making it ideal for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. The house also has a kayak and canoe available for guests to use. After a day on the lake, guests can relax on the deck or around the fire pit. No pets. EV charger.

The driving distance to most business locations is within 3 miles. Vacation in comfort or if you are on short term contract with a local business this is the place for you. Working remotely? The high speed internet provides great coverage.
