You will be warmly welcomed to this fully-furnished, self-contained unit with its three rooms , separate entrance and private living area. Parktown Quarter shopping centre is an easy walk around the corner where you can grab a cappuccino, shop at the Woolworths Food, or have a vibey dinner at one of several top-rated restaurants. The cottage is close to the Rosebank Mall and Rosebank Gautrain station. ( 1.5 -2 KM)

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house. The only shared areas are outside in the garden and at the pool.

This large (~100sqm) sun-filled apartment, situated in a tranquil boomed area only 3km from Sandton City, is perfect for the business traveller or a family. The bedroom has a comfortable super-king bed with luxury microfibre duvet and Egyptian cotton, and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The comfy lounge is set up for TV watching, reading under the standing lamp or working at the large desk. The large balcony looks over our beautiful garden.

Situated in a central location and close to all amenities. Suitable for three people. Free and safe parking included. Suitable for long term stay as well.

My apartment is situated in Hyde Park, an upmarket suburb in Johannesburg, offering easy access to some of the best the city has to offer. The complex offers entrance security, 1 parking bay and visitor's parking, a gym, pool and a coffee shop. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a upmarket complex with lift access. Whether travelling alone, as a couple or for business, my unit will meet all your requirements. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

Perfect contained room

We have recently installed solar panels and battery-backup to cope with the loadshedding as well as a large water storage tank for water outages Snug cozy contained room has a double bed, kitchenette with two gas plates and bathroom with a shower. It's not the biggest space (23,5 square metres) but has almost everything you need for a stay in one of Johannesburg's beautiful old tree-lined suburbs. The area is safe and close to the train.
