A choice of breakfast including the full English is served in the guest lounge with it's huge inglenook fireplace, real log fires! beams and stone flagged floor. The Three Compasses Inn

A spacious twin-bedded room, up one flight of stairs, in The Three Compasses Inn recently refurbished to a high standard with en-suite Shower Room. Price is for the en-suite room only but a full English Breakfast is available upon request at £10pp. During the Summer months breakfast can be taken in our beautiful Courtyard Garden! If required, an extra bed for a child can be provided for £25 extra per night. We are situated in a quiet rural village location just 2 miles from Dorchester.

The Old Bank 1 B&B: Double & Twin rooms

The Old Bank B&B is a comfortable pretty 18th century house in the centre of the attractive village of Marnhull near Shaftesbury in the heart of Thomas Hardy country. Dog and child friendly with secure garden. Marnhull is an excellent centre to explore countryside and coast. Sherborne, Bath and Salisbury are all within 45 minutes. The perfect location for walking and cycling (lock-up available). Breakfast in the country kitchen or, on sunny days, in the courtyard leading to cottage garden.

Clifftops - Blue

Blue is all on one level, and simply Blue because of the sea and sky. As you walk in through the door there is plenty of space to kick of your walking gear and hang up your coats. As you move into the kitchen you will be delighted by the window that frames the sea scape. Go out through the doors onto the patio with its own external kitchen you can see The Race which is created as the sea bed rises and the tide converges. You will see ships passing and may possibly even a pod of dolphins.

Single Deluxe Bedroom

Located in the heart of the Purbecks between Corfe Castle and Swanage, we offer some of the most beautiful views in Dorset. Bedrooms surround two beautiful courtyards with complimentary parking. Each en suite bedroom is unique and features stone walls and exposed beams. The Sawmill Restaurant features locally sourced produce, largely from within 20 miles, served with an delicious international twist. Enjoy our beautiful gardens, woods and stunning panoramic views.

The Florian. Ground floor Family Studio

This large ground floor room for 4 persons (plus infant under 2yrs in cot, free of charge), with en-suite bathroom, but not suitable for wheelchairs. This room will accept a dog, but only with prior agreement The room comes equipped with a kitchenette. Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, Toaster & kettle. (No Stove). Table & chairs During busy times there is a min of 2 nights but you can always ask if a single night is possible. Base price is for 3 persons.

Country King

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
