It once belonged to the Swythamley Hall estate, where they grew fruit and vegetables for the people of the beautiful, impressive hall. Sit with a glass of wine or a cooled beer and take in the breath taking views of the rolling fields, trees, animals and the roaches.

Escape to The Herdwick Hut, a rustic shepherds hut located in a quiet field on a working farm. Our sheep-themed hut has all of the comforts needed to have a warm cosy stay, whatever time of the year. The spacious hut sleeps up to 4 people on double bunk beds with deep, comfortable mattresses. There is a self contained bathroom with a modern shower unit, toilet and bathroom sink. You will also find a well equipped kitchen with a four-ringed gas hob and an electric combination microwave oven.

Reached by a private road and bridge. Sat on Dutton Locks next to the spectacular Dutton Viaduct, Dutton Horse Bridge and Dutton Sluices, all feats of 19th Century engineering. My husband and I are on hand for any requirements you might have, whilst respecting your privacy at all times. Beautiful walks and great pubs. Pool heated and open from 1st MAY to end of AUGUST. There is a TV and a large collection of DVD’s. WiFi is only accessed through 4G on your phones.
