A traditional kefalonian family cottage house in a secluded area in Argostoli is waiting for you to enjoy! The house is in a green surrounding of olive trees and pines, 200 meters from the sea. The connection of the house to the sea and city makes it unique. My guests have full access to the house, garden and bbq. There's free parking and a gate. Visit the famous Memorial Acqui Division, St Theodore light house, Fanari beach, amazing coastal tavernas and restaurant on the famous Lassi road.

It is quiet and cozy with its private front yard enjoying the shade the old vine produces with private parking. The cottage enjoys views of orange trees and fig trees. It is located near famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach. Car hire arrangements available upon request.

The house is made of stone and was built in 2020 having the traditional style of the old village as a standard. It is located in the upper neighborhood of Makryotika, a sunny semi-mountainous village with an excellent microclimate. It is built aphitheatrically with view to Agia Efimia's bay, where the most services are located. Additionally, the famous Myrtos beach is only 10 minutes away by car. In the picturesque square you will find a Mini Market and two taverns with great local cuisine.

Located in Svoronata, a traditional village, less that half a mile away from the famous Ammes and Ai Helis beaches, 1.3 miles away from the airport and 4.3 miles away from the capital. The house is air conditioned and consists of a 35m^2 ground floor with a small kitchen, WC, a (double bed convertible) sofa and a loft with a double bed and storing space.
