THIS COTTAGE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN. Our 10 semi-detached wooden cottages consist of one bedroom and one bathroom each. Each cottage has a queen-sized bed, heater, hair dryer and a safe. Kitchen: Micro, fridge, induction stove, crockery & cutlery and a 30L oven with 2 hotplates. Hillside Cottage

Come and stay in our peaceful studio cottage high up on Helderberg Mountain surrounded by trees and hear the owls hooting as you fall asleep! Beautiful new cottage, with it's own deck and garden and stylishly furnished to meet your every need. And now with solar installed (April 2023) we have NO LOAD-SHEDDING! We've replaced the oven and hob with a fully gas stove so all appliances can be used during load shedding!

When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.

Gantouw Cottage

Come and stay in our beautiful private guest cottage attached to a modern farm house, on a working olive oil farm. The peace and tranquillity here is simply magic. Please be aware that we have loved family pets, 2 dogs and 3 cats, on the property Please note access to this property is through Sir Lowry’s pass village.
