A short walk will take you to the sandy beach with amazing sunsets. The Cottage sleeps 2 and the guest house sleeps 2. (4 Max)

There is a large parking pad out front that will easily accommodate 4 vehicles or a boat and 1-2 vehicles. Frank Pate park is within walking distance with four Pickleball Courts or access for fishing. The backyard is fenced and there is a porch for enjoying the warm Florida evenings.
