Amazing Space in an Amazing Place
Unique, spacious, contemporary barn with unsurpassed views of Saddleworth and beyond. The barn is 1100ft up on the edge of Peak National Park with complete privacy, far enough away from it all yet within walking distance to two excellent local pubs! What's not to like? If you are looking for the perfect spot to unwind, with all mod cons, take long walks or bike rides with breathtaking views, this is the place for you. High spec space, well equipped with all the essentials. Ample parking.

The Kennels
Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Delightful Studio House-superb location!
Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. Non smoking. *We do not have a hob or oven* EV Charger (added cost). Sorry no pets.

Hideaway@MiddleFarm
Set in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands on a country small holding. A perfect rural escape with walks on the doorstep and just a few miles from the market town of Leek. Hideaway@MiddleFarm is a compact studio which comprises; ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), a double sized bed with comfortable mattress, TV, Wifi, fridge, microwave, small oven, toaster, kettle and folding dining table. Small external patio is available to the rear of the property with spectacular countryside views.

A Buxton Eco-house for Peak District adventures
The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

A quiet base for exploring the Peaks
Situated on the at the edge of the village of Tideswell in the heart of the Peak District, 'The Hideaway' is a small self contained studio style apartment with its own entrance, in the garden of our home. Within walking distance of all village amenities - including excellent cafes and pubs, and only a short drive from many Peak District beauty spots. The perfect base for cyclists, walkers and couples looking for a short comfortable break offering off road parking for one car.

Cuckoostone Barn - simply stunning!!
Cuckoostone Barn is a stunning property set in the White Peak area of the Peak District. The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside. Cuckoostone Barn is an excellent base to explore the wonders of the Peak District National Park, with amazing walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, or a place to simply relax and unwind in an idyllic part of the world .

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water
A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.
