**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Warm weather mths watch para-gliders land just up the street. We consider requests for 1 nt stays. Sleeps 5 comfortably.

Cozy Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Home Base Resort #6

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Great for place for family reunions . Large backyard with plenty of tables and chairs available on request. Float the Sevier river get out on our Private dock. Tubes available to rent next door @ Hoovers also Atvs you will be in the heart of the Puite Atv trail. 2 restaurant are in the Big Rock Candy Mountain canyon within walking distance. We offer many activities at the resort including River floats, ATV/UTV Rentals, Bike rentals, Horse trail rides, Zip lines, white water rafting and rock climbing. There's something for everyone. Come and relax at the Big Rock Candy Mountain, and home to the World Famous Paiute ATV Trail.

Upstairs lodge can be rented for larger parties and this lower room is great if you need your own separate space while traveling with friends or family.

Within walking distance to local amenities such as ATV/ snowmobile trails and tours, equipment rentals and shuttle rides to Eagle Point ski resort. Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
