Whole Flat for you with its own access. - Driveway space included - Modern Kitchen was washer dryer - Modern Shower - Close to Coventry Canal - Close to George Elliot Hospital - Short walk away from Town Centre - TV firestick with Netflix and Disney + - Wi-Fi - Hairdryer in bathroom cupboard - Ironing board and Iron in Bedroom Wardrobe - Bike holder & wall hoop outside It’s a quite place with quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. So please be respectful of my Neighbours. Thanks for understanding:-)

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.

The Lakes is a fantastic newly decorated and furnished 3 bed townhouse just outside Nuneaton and Bedworth with a secure garden and designated off road parking. It’s situated in a quiet lo-cal but with everything on the doorstep, literally 5 mins drive to a bowling alley / cinema / pub restaurant and fast food outlets. There are also nature walks 2 minutes from the front door ! In Summary a brilliant base for the whole family to relax when visiting the area.
