We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

This place offers incredible private view on Skadar lake. We visited coupe of villages around, inclusive Karuc and bout tour around the lake and we ended with conclusion that the nices place was avaialbe 10 steps away from our door. The host offers kayak, our kids were overjoyed. Getting to the house was a bit difficult. You get very clear instuctions but the last 500m is on a very bad road. Be prepared for this. Once you reach the house and goes behind with a cup of coffee you will forget the obstacles and enjoy the nature, which is unique in beautiful country of Montenegro. We strongly recommend for people seeking adventure!

We were absolutely thrilled! definite recommendation! the host is so friendly, shows you around, welcomes you and makes a check-in really easy. The house itself is so cozy and special! A hammock under a fig tree, a really nice outside porch, a cute living room - we would have liked to stay much longer! You can even use kajaks (they belong to the house). We had a wonderful sunset kajak tour on the beautiful lake. We loved it. 5 Stars!

This stunning place right on the water is an absolute dream! The beautiful gardens and the pergola with an outdoor area made it feel like a private oasis. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect—truly felt like staying in a 5-star villa. To top it off, the restaurant across the street, Veranda, was amazing! Fantastic food and a great atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend this place more; it’s a gem we’ll never forget!

La Maison se trouve dans un cadre idyllique, en pleine nature. la maison est moderne, le lieux est paisible. Jovana est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et pour intervenir si besoin. nous sommes très heureux du séjour passé ici. Merci ++

Dodosi is a beautiful place to visit. Drive around lake Skadar you will see stunning scenery. The village is small so not a vast amount to do, so plan stuff, a trip on a boat around the lake, a visit to Niagara falls, a wine tasting experience, is what we did. Equally if you want peace n quiet then look no further. The wildlife is pretty spectacular as well, birds on the lake, a rarity in seeing a pelican, a few tortoise roaming around, snakes. Add to that cows, horses, sheep, donkies all seem to be in and out and around the village. This rustic way of life, for us was fantastic. So don't expect all the whistles and bells of a 5 star hotel, it is very rustic and a little step back into time. There are a couple of drinking places in Dodosi, one as you come into Dodosi and the other next to the river, this one serves food and we had lunch there and it was lovely, a note here only open weekends when in early season. The road getting to Dodosi can be a little tricky as it's very small.

The accommodation was beautifully situated on the hill with a unique view. The condition of the house was absolutely immaculate! It was also very clean. The apartment is managed by a lady and her husband. Both are extremely nice and invited us for a coffee and homemade pomegranate juice. Really very welcoming! If you don't speak Serbian, you can communicate via Google Translater - this was absolutely no problem! As there was no booking after us, a later ckeck-out was possible. Wecreally apriciated this! We can really recommend this accomodation!

Fantastic apartment in the centre of Virpazar with a friendly and helpful host!

If you are visiting Montenegro this is the place to stay! Aneta was the friendliest, most helpful and delightful host we have met. The apartment is exactly like the photos although they probably don't do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and has a fabulous outdoor space. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the boats go by! The view is spectacular and will live in our memories forever. There are beautiful places around the bay to visit. We particularly enjoyed Perast and Port Montenegro. The cable car is a must. Views from up at the top were awesome. Food and wine good too. Very rarely visit a place twice but Aneta's apartment will be an exception. Didn't want to leave. Go and enjoy!

It's an amazing place to stay: 5 minutes walk from Tivat airport, bus station, shops. Very close to Tivat itself. It's really like on pictures, very clean and tidy. The host was friendly, reactive and always happy to help. Highly recommend

Perfect place to slow down and get in touch with the nature. If you are looking for a calm holiday in beautiful surrounding this place is definitely for you. Kristina and her family are lovely and helpful people. We also like the opportunity to rent a cayak and of course having a freshly made local fish delivered by a home restaurant across the lake

A kind and communicative host who responds quickly. The location offers a breathtaking view. A very private and quiet area, relatively close to the lake and surrounded by nature.

We said with Darko for only 1-night but wished we could have said longer! Whilst the apartment itself is very traditionally furnished (as per the photos) the location and views are truly something out of a National Geographic magazine; We spent a number of hours just enjoying a drink and admiring the views from the terrace. We were extremely well looked after; Darko's mum cooked us a fantastic evening meal and Darko's Dad acted as tour guide the following morning taking us out on the lake in his boat and talking to us about the waterways and the region in general; A real pleasure. The tiny village of Karuc is off the beaten track but certainly worth the effort of visiting and a stay with Darko and his family was a definite highlight of our time in Montenegro; Totally recommend!

I have stayed in hundreds of AirBnB, VRBO, and short-term rental properties around the world. This apartment is one of my favorites! Almost perfect, this place is sensational! Here are the negatives: - Internet is basically worthless. 6Mbps down and 0.01 upload. That is not a typo, the upload speed is 0.01! Yes, the router was reset, etc. Bottom line is the internet is terrible! - Address does not work great in Google Maps. - Cell coverages were terrible: T-mobile, Saily, One1, Vodaphone, Maya, … all were terrible. * Download Google Maps for the entire area before leaving Podgorica, or Dubrovnik, otherwise you may get stuck with non functional GPS.

That was amazing! Mirjana her husband and her son were the best hosts I ever had. Sweet, welcoming and very warm hearted. Our communication was good even though we didn't speak the language. The food they offered to us, was honestly the best we had on our trip and freshly made. They loved to have a chat with us but also absolutely respected our private sphere. The location of the flat is in the middle of beautiful nature surrounded by mountains. The wonderful Shkodra Lake is also not far away. 10/10 experience with wonderful people. It is amazing modern village life experience. Houseowner is wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. He is always ready to help you with anything and he is very friendly.

Es ist uns eine Ehre die erste Bewertung für diese Unterkunft abzugeben! Die Unterkunft liegt einen Steinwurf von dem malerischen Dorf entfernt auf einer leichten Anhöhe. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft selbst total gemütlich und sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Eine Oase zum runterkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Milica war toll😍 ohne ihren Rat und ihre Unterstützung wären wir im Sumpf gelandet( Da wir ursprünglich eine Wanderung von Virpazar geplant hatten (Ende Mai ist ein Teil der Strecke unter Wasser, was wir nicht wussten)).Wir sind letztlich mit Boot angereist und Milica hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Super schöne Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Garten und toller Aussicht. Die Gastgeberin ist auch total nett und hat uns sogar zu einem Weintasting eingeladen. Der Hund der Besitzerin ist ebenfalls sehr süß und spielerisch jedoch vielleicht nichts für Menschen die Angst vor großen Hunden haben. Als wir fragten ob Sie den Hund möglicherweise im Haus lassen könnte, ist Sie extra zusammen mit dem Hund für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes in ihr anderes Haus im Dorf gezogen. Total nett!

Si buscas paz total, un cielo estrellado precioso, contacto con la naturaleza este es tu sitio. Pero si esperas ir a una cabaña y no encontrar mosquitos, avispas o arañas entonces quizás no entiendas la naturaleza como tal. Muy accesible al aeropuerto de Podgorica. También tienes supermercado a unos 5/10 min en coche. Tienen dos perritos muy educados que te harán de guardianes toda la noche. Noche mágica escuchando búhos y otros insectos. 100% recomiendo.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the house for five days. It was simply amazing! The location is fully immersed in nature. The road to get there is adventurous but doable. Once we arrived we checked in easily and effortlessly. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. From the terrace we could watch the lake and the surrounding nature peacefully while sipping on a delicious tea. We contacted Milica and she was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a calm and relaxing time in Montenegro. Note: to reach the house it is mandatory to have a car (you can rent it at the airport, it's a 40 minute drive)

Mooie cottages op een prachtige plek. Waar je de vogels heerlijk hoort fluiten. Dichtbij Virpazar en de boottocht was in één woord geweldig. Je kunt overal in het dorp een boottocht regelen. Maar het fijne bij Milan was dat we pas zijn gaan varen toen het weer op die dag mooi was. We kozen voor 3 uur varen naar het klooster Kom, wat was dit bijzonder: prachtige natuur en veel vogels, super leuk dat we pelikanen hebben gezien. Dus naast het huren van de cottages is het varen met Milan een aanrader

Herzlichen Dank für den vollen Kühlschrank und die nette Begrüssung. Wer naturverbunden und gerne am und auf dem Wasser ist, wird diese Unterkunft lieben. Wir haben mit dem Kajak, den Fluss und den See erkundet. Das hat uns besonders Spass gemacht.
