We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Domaine VinodolSun ist ein ca. 4500m² großen umzäunten Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, einem Weinberg, und wunderschöner mediterraner Vegetation mit Lavendel, Feigen, Oleander. Auf dem Grundstück stehen die Villen Vallis und Mediterran. Beide Villen sind in sich geschlossen und verfügen über abgeschlossene Grundstücke mit jew. eigenem Pool. Verbunden sind sie durch ein Gartentor. Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze, Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos und zwei Außenküchen. W-Lan ist in kostenfrei verfügbar

Apartment Lora 4*, mit Schwimmbad und Kamin

Kapazität 2+2, Größe 42 m2, mit einem großen eingezäunten Garten mit Kamin und einen beheiztes Schwimmbad (Mai-Oktober). Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in einem Einfamilienhaus im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

After long work all you need is vacation. Apartment "Urban Nature" is located in a quiet, newly decorated street not far from the center of Otocac. The apartment is located in a separate building surrounded by greenery in a quiet part of town, without noise and traffic, which enhances your discretion and enjoyable vacation. The property is located near a shopping center and within walking distance of the town center, local restaurants and other tourist facilities in wider area with car.

The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. There is alot of room for parking and its just a few meters from the apartment.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Traditional Mediterranean House (isolated village)

House in the middle of an old peaceful village at the bottom of mountains with a lovely view on beautiful Kvarner bay. House is 10 minutes of driving from closest beach and in proximity to islands of Krk, Cres and Rab. Several nationals parks like Brijuni, Risnjak and Plitvice lakes are within 1-2 hours of driving. Climbing, paragliding, cycling and other activities can be found in area. Spend lovely vacation with your family and friends in Mediterranean house.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
