Der Gastgeber garantiert die Möglichkeit, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ohne Aufpreis einzuchecken.
Normalerweise ist die Wohnung verfügbar, um ab Mittag (12,00 pm) einzuchecken.
Die eventuelle Verfügbarkeit der Wohnung vor Mittag wird vom Gastgeber mindestens am Vortag ordnungsgemäß mitgeteilt.
In jedem Fall ist es den Gästen immer gestattet, ihre Koffer und persönlichen Gegenstände auch vor der vereinbarten Check-in-Zeit (sowie nach der Check-out-Zeit, wie unten angegeben, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit (oder an einem sicheren Ort) in der Wohnung (oder an einem sicheren Ort) zu lassen.
Normalerweise vereinbaren die Gäste mit dem Gastgeber vor ihrer Ankunft die entsprechende ungefähre Zeit.
1) Check-in am Morgen
Bei ihrer Ankunft in der Via San Carpoforo Nr. 4 können die Gäste beim Portier des Nachbarhauses (Via San Carpoforo Nr. 6), dessen Name Shiran ist, bitten, die Haushälterin (Emi) anzurufen, die zu Hause immer verfügbar ist.
Der Pförtner Shiran ist immer von Montag bis Freitag von 8.30 bis 13.30 Uhr vor Ort.
Die Gäste können auch den Knopf Nr. 7 der Gegensprechanlage drücken: Es ist immer jemand zu Hause, der bereit ist, sie zu begrüßen.
Der Gastgeber wohnt im selben Gebäude und sorgt für seine ständige Präsenz und Bereitschaft, die Gäste bei ihrer Ankunft zu begrüßen.
2) Check-in zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten
Für den Fall, dass die Gäste zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit ankommen, ist es ratsam, den Gastgeber rechtzeitig zu benachrichtigen und eine ungefähre Ankunftszeit zu vereinbaren.
Der Gastgeber ist auf jeden Fall immer rund um die Uhr erreichbar oder auf Airbnb oder auf dem eigenen Telefon (+39 339 31 99 131).
AM TAG IHRER ANKUNFT WERDEN DIE GÄSTE IMMER JEMANDEN FINDEN, DER SIE EMPFÄNGT.
CHECK-OUT
Normalerweise muss das Apartment am Tag des Check-outs geräumt werden, nicht nach 11.00 Uhr - Mittag (12,00 pm).
Es wird die Sorgfalt und Last des Gastgebers sein, den Gästen unverzüglich die Möglichkeit des Check-out zu mitteilen, wenn dies erforderlich ist, sofern dies erforderlich ist, im Einklang mit dem Kalender und den Bedürfnissen des Eigentums.
Der Check-out kann von den Gästen in völliger Unabhängigkeit erfolgen, ohne auf den Gastgeber warten zu müssen, indem die folgenden Änderungen folgen:

CHECK-IN

Normally the apartment is available for check-in from noon (12,00 pm).
The apartment's availability before midday is promptly communicated by Host.
In any case, Guests are always guaranteed to leave their luggages and personal belongings in the apartment (or in a safe place) even before check-in time (and after check-out time, as better specified below), at any time of day or night.
Guests normally communicate and agree with the Host an approximate time of arrival.
1) Morning Check-in
At their arrival to via San Carpoforo n.4, Guests can ask the building's next doorkeeper (Via San Carpoforo n. 6), whose name is Shiran, to call Host or Housekeeper that are always available at home.
The porter Shiran is always there from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 01,00pm.
Guests can also push the n.7 button of intercom: there's always someone at home waiting for them.
Host lives in the same building and he ensures his constant availability to receive Guests.
2) Any time check in

CHECK-OUT

At their departure, Guests are allowed to leave the apartment keys on the dining table, simply closing behind the door and promptly alerting Host. That's it!
Host is always available to help Guests with their luggages and bags.
Guests are always allowed to leave their suitcases and personal belongings, if required, even after check-out in a safe place as long as they need it.
