The Nest, a cosy, stylish annex loft
Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish, self contained studio. Cosy, well-equipped and environmentally friendly, this 1st-floor annex is situated in the Chiltern village of Bellingdon, just North of the market town of Chesham. The perfect location for those exploring the Chilterns, designated an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ walking, cycling or for those working locally, away from their home. The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

A lovely self-contained studio with patio area and free parking. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Set in tranquil mature gardens & situated next to the owner's cottage & the historic Saxon village church with a lovely pub serving lunch and evening meals Tues- Sun a 5 minute walk away. We are 30 mins from Bicester Village, Silverstone, Stowe House, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House, The Ridgeway, The Chilterns, Ascott House & Bletchley Park.

The Pool House, for 2 adults & up to 2 children
The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury
The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! XMAS (not available instantly) and LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

The Loft is a lovely self-catering, studio flat for 2 people close to Oxford, we are 2.6 miles from Oxford. We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.

The Old School House
The Old School Guest House includes three bedrooms, with self-catering facilities provided in a communal kitchen and a shared dining area. The Guest House offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for work and leisure guests, with some unique Wolverton décor. Designated parking spaces are provided for all 3 guest rooms and the lower floor of the guest house is accessible to users with limited mobility. Dogs are welcome in the downstairs bedroom and we have a dog welcome pack.

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
