Luxury ground floor en-suite super-king bedroom and private living room in Hale Green Farmhouse with full Farmhouse breakfast included. We are a family run Bed and Breakfast and pride ourselves on providing luxury and comfortable accommodation within our home and do all we can to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. You have access to your own living room and the gardens. We aim that you arrive as strangers but leave us as friends! Unfortunately this is not suitable for children or infants.

High Park - perfectly peaceful, magnificent views

'Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed at.' Canadian guests, Sep, 2024. Our Lakeland Farmhouse, High Park in the English Lake District, is in the centre of a World Heritage Site. It was built in 1620, once owned by Beatrix Potter, surrounded by hills and trees, and with astounding views. At night, the silence is total. We offer a king-size double bed, satellite TV and WIFI, your own bathroom too with great water pressure and piping hot water. Plus your own downstairs sitting/dining room .

Treetop Room

Stunning original slate walls grace both the bedroom and bathroom of Treetop. The result is an elegant, period feature room, situated on our top (second) floor of the main house. With a solid oak, king-sized bed and a comfortable sofa bed, Treetop can sleep three adults or two adults and one child. The beautiful en-suite bathroom has a deep-soaking corner tub and marble basin. Please note that this bath does not have a shower fitment.

The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac in Kendal, a 10/15 min walk from the mainline train station, Oxenholme Station, and a 20-25 minute walk into town. The bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite private shower room. We are close to the hospital, ideal if need somewhere to stay if you are working there for a week or two. Breakfast is provided for you in the utility room, you are welcome to use our dining room.

We are a stone's throw from the lake, with woodlands & waterfalls on our doorstep. You can sit by a cosy fire or enjoy a walk/picnic on light evenings. Hearty breakfast... and super local walks....included in your stay!

Glorious country retreat

Beautifully appointed room with view to Esthwaite Water. Ensuite facilities with walk in shower. Great Cumbrian breakfasts to set you up for the day. Covid 19 update - I've put in place a number of measures for guests' safety (and my own), including surfaces are regularly sanitized, linen is laundered at a high temperature and breakfasts are served to your room.

This room has a double bed and ensuite shower room and is at the back of the house. There is a seating area and 32 " Smart TV in the room. Gluten free diets catered for on request. Our house is only a few minutes walk from the village centre and about a fifteen minute walk to lake Windermere
