Ilkley Apartment

The spacious self-contained apartment was completed early in 2017. It offers very comfortable accommodation for up to three people and has its own entrance and off street parking. Situated in a cul-de-sac off the main road it is situated 0.9 miles from the town centre, slightly longer if you take the scenic route along the river; there is also a good bus service and good local taxi services. Ben Rhydding and Ilkley railway stations offer regular train services into Leeds/Bradford and beyond.

Yorkshire Pod

Well located for access to the the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Yorkshire Show Ground, making it an ideal choice for those wishing to attend key events. The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

The Hideaway. Self contained room with courtyard.

'The Hideaway ' is a modern self-contained one room studio annex with one double bed and its own private frontage which leads onto a courtyard patio and private parking space . It has an equipped kitchenette and its own private ensuite with power shower, small sofa and smart TV . It is situated in an ideal location being a just a few minutes flat walk from all the amenities of the Town Centre, Bus and Train Station and close to the famous Ilkley Moors , Riverside Gardens and 1950's Lido .

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.

The 36 Spacious, 1 bedroom, self-contained studio

Conveniently situated in a quiet residential area of Leeds, less than a mile north of Headingley, with excellent transport links into Leeds city centre and within easy reach of Leeds Bradford International airport. The 36 is a large detached privately owned property now offering a self-contained 1 bedroom studio for up to 2 adults in newly built and refurbished rooms. Set in it's own extensive garden with secure off-street parking, 3 seating areas and a petanque court.

The Bolthole Ilkley - Self contained Guest Suite

Bright, modern, luxury self contained guest suite at ground level of the hosts house. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor.

The Tithe

Set within the Dales National Park. Private and peaceful self contained annex. Beautiful hill and riverside walks from the door. Wildlife and bird life galore….. Exceptional air quality! Direct access to a very private patio and orchard area with rustic seating and South/West facing slopes for sun bathing/downing. Ample parking and turning. The Devonshire Arms is 2 minutes by car or 20/40 mins via lovely walks. PLEASE NOTE:- No Smoking or Vaping iindoors!

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
