Feel comfortable and relax in our lounge area on a large traditional sofa and armchair, enjoy cooking your own meals and snacks in our fully fitted kitchen. The main bedroom offers a king size bed with ensuite toilet and basin.

The Valley is one of our largest of four lodges, featuring two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed. The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, chairs, a coffee table, and a smart TV. The equipped kitchen includes a small fridge, oven, induction hob, and all the kitchenware you need for a convenient stay. The bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and basin. Enjoy the stunning valley views from the terrace or relax in the private hot tub.

New Owners for 2020 Apple Cottage is a dog friendly one bedroomed cottage with lounge, bedroom and bright airy kitchen/diner. Guests of the Apple Cottage get to use our indoor heated pool, games room and explore our 2 acres of grounds which includes picnic benches and a woodland fire pit in our own private woodland. The Pear Loft is a perfect base for exploring North Yorkshire as it is just on the edge of the North York Moors National Park and a short drive from the Yorkshire Coast.

Charlotte Cottage

The grade 2 listed 'Charlotte Cottage' is the first in the run of former servants cottages. This beautiful limestone built cottage has an open plan kitchen and lounge with glazed door that opens on to a patio with table, chairs and a BBQ. Beyond is Langton halls back lawn which leads to 20 acres of parkland for you to explore at your leisure. Located within our grounds is an idyllic waterfall- perfect for picnics. Please note this property is located on a NO SMOKING premises

Willow Lodge, Bubwith with Indoor Heated Pool

This comfortable one bedroom executive holiday home is sat in 1.3 acres of enclosed mature gardens and grounds with garden and countryside views and is close to York. Also available for resident’s private use is a luxury 10mx5m indoor heated swimming pool which is maintained to around 30˚. The sauna and pool facilities allows residents to relax in their own private spa facilities when available making Willow Lodge an ideal holiday venue at any time of the year.

Exclusive use of the owners heated indoor swimming pool, spa bath and sauna is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
