If you are just swinging through town for the night, our central location just off of Interstate 40 and Interstate 27 will get you in and out with ease. And if you’re planning on staying a little bit longer, you will feel right at home with amenities such as your own fully equipped kitchen and private laundry room. Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

This awesome little house is just 10 minutes from most of Amarillo. This house is very clean and freshly remodeled. Our guests all agree this is such a relaxing place to stay. The house itself is a small efficiency, 1 room with everything you'll need for your stay. Inside the house is very clean and comfortable but outside is my favorite part. Here you'll find some of the best front porch sittin' around and the sunsets are pretty awesome too! You'll have wide open spaces and plenty of privacy.

The Cottage is a studio apartment. It has a full kitchen, coffee pot, coffee, sugar and cream. The bathroom has a shower with bath soap, towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer. There is a twin bed with a trundle bed. Nice decor. Great patio. TV with netflix and local stations. Free wifi. Easy to find. Within walking distance of downtown and 35 real good restaurants. Washer and dryer on property, just ask for it. Pets allowed.
