Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

The Coach House is a perfect location for couples, hikers, or a small family looking to enjoy Sheringham with all the amenities, shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches and walks on offer. Dog and family friendly. A great location with easy access to Sheringham town centre, the beach is within 1 mile, and the beautiful woodland at Pretty Corner is a super nature trail with excellent walks, making it perfect for hikers, dogs or just a fun place for kids to run around.

The Stables is a lovely space located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, the Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. The perfect location for a stay in North Norfolk!

Hubblers Cottage is a compact traditional 1800’s fisherman’s cottage in Sheringham Small but full equipped making it suitable for a short or longer stays With living room & kitchen downstairs and bathroom and double bedroom upstairs It has parking for up to two cars to the front of the property & a patio garden to the rear to enjoy Hubblers cottage is only a 3 / 4 min walk to the beach or the high street A great little bolt hole!

Ruggle’s Retreat

Ruggles Retreat is a traditional fisherman’s cottage nestled into a quaint yard in the heart of Sheringham. Newly refurbished with brand new kitchen, bathroom and furnishings; Ruggles is the ideal location for everything Sheringham (and the North Norfolk coast) has to offer, yet provides enough peace and quiet for a restful and relaxing stay.

The Calf House, Breck Farm

Perfectly positioned within North Norfolk's area of outstanding natural beauty, this characterful barn conversion is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. The Calf House is located on a working Farm, from which a campsite is also run during the spring and summer months.

Little Flints, a quiet, bright, airy annexe

Little Flints is a small, bright and modern annex attached to our house. It is very quiet and peacefully located. South facing windows and door to the front, with a small lawned area for guests use. A colourful mezzanine bedroom with skylight which allows you to lay in bed and watch the stars!
