Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. It was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.
