Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

Roadrunner's Haven

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living.
