Nebst einer vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche ist die Wohnung mit einer Badewanne, einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem 1.80m Bett bestückt. “La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

The residence is located in the city center of Cervinia and it was just modernized to satisfy every desire. In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.
