The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

Entre terre et mer ce joli coin de verdure se trouve proche de la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel, de Cancale, Saint-Malo, Granville, des plages de Carolles et Jullouville, et même des îles Chausey. Par ailleurs, la région est riche des ses promenades à pieds ou à vélo (voir itinéraire Véloscénie qui relie le Mont st Michel à Paris). Un véritable havre de paix en campagne.

Pour les plus jeunes , ils pourront profiter à proximité de la base de loisirs de la foret de Villecartier (accrobranches, balade en mini bateaux …).

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
