A comfortable house located between Pera Gialos Beach and Astypalea Town, very close to the local market and the picturesque port of Pera Gialos. A fully equipped house with a wonderful view. The studio includes one space with a small kitchen, a living space and a bedroom isolated only with a few wooden stairs and a curtain from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom and an internal staircase from the entrance to the main space. It also has a beautiful terrace with unlimited view to the sea and the rest of the island where you can sit and enjoy you coffee or wine undisturbed. The house is very centraly located at the foot of the castle hill of the Chora.

Eva's House features a terrace and is set in Astypalaia Town, within just 1.2 km of Livadi Beach and 300 metres of Church of Panagia Portaitissa. It is situated 2.8 km from Tzanakia Beach and offers private check-in and check-out. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Pera Gialos Beach is 500 metres away. The House of Simos 1 ASTYPALAIA

This is a vaction home of an Athenian/Milanese family that has been in love with Astypalaia for 40 years. It was bought and renovated for the first time in 1978 and ever since it has been the home of our summer vacations, of festivities and celebrations, huge dinners at the terrace, wine-tasting sessions, late night talks, stargazing - you name it. We have lived, we have laughed, we have loved here.

Bianco Studio
