A short drive to numerous National Trust estates & Surrey wedding venues. A 12 minute walk to Godalming station, with frequent trains into London Waterloo taking approx 45 minutes.

The setting is very quiet and the flat has been built to a high standard with a wonderful picture window giving the impression of being in the trees, and solar shading to keep the other aspect cool. A full kitchen and good sized shower room. We have resident's car parking vouchers we can provide at extra cost (£5/day)

Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
