We, The Host's, live in the main house of the property, but are very respectful to your privacy. Located on the ground floor of our primary residence with its own separate entrance, this fully equipped studio apartment was built in the original stable area of a 150 year old carriage house. On-site parking in a safe neighborhood of high end converted warehouse condos. Just steps from Excelsior, Marriot, Central Market, Tellus360, Fulton Opera House, art galleries, and everything Lancaster City has to offer. Smoking is not permitted and pets are welcome for an additional $20.

This secluded guesthouse is the perfect place to land. It's peaceful, with deer in the meadow in the evenings, amongst other wildlife. There's nearby access to the Enola Low Grade Trail that runs along the beautiful Susquehanna River & Shenk's Ferry Wildflower Preserve is a 10 minute drive. When you want to venture out for food you can find Lancaster City a 20 minute drive away, filled to the brim with incredible restaurants & cafe's.
