Beautiful lake views! Outside stairway from the lower level to the main living space. This perfect little slice of heaven is just a short distance away from a private beach and Weigand beach is about 2 miles west.

This is a 4 bedroom farm house on a working cattle farm started by my husbands grandfather in rural Yankton county. The land includes lakes where hunting could be arranged and there are many local CRP acres in the area as well. Located on a paved road 1.25 miles from Lesterville, SD. Local area: 25 miles from Yankton, SD, 20 miles to Lewis and Clark Lake, 50 miles to Pickstown, SD. Enjoy the piece and quiet after a long day on the lake or hunting.
