Concert season is here! If you need a comfortable home to retreat to, this is the place for you! Sleeps 12 with three queen beds, a full bed, twin top bunk, and two futons. You'll get plenty of rest after a big night at the Gorge Amphitheater or full day of boating! Huge brand new deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ and backyard to relax. Simple, comfortable daylight basement suite in Naches, 11 miles west of downtown Yakima and the town closest to White Pass and Mt. Rainier NP. Bedroom with queen sized bed, sitting room (each with a window), and simple bathroom with small shower stall. Private entrance. The yard is large and peaceful, and the neighborhood is quiet. Good place for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds in all seasons, nature lovers, hikers, and lovers of craft beer/wine. There is a small microwave for your use.

The suite has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, and a dining room. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and comfortable bedding. Bedroom two has 2 single beds made up as day beds and 1 roll out trundle bed. There is also a pack & play available upon request. In the dinningroom/ kitchenett, you can find a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and popcorn maker, toaster, sandwich maker, donut maker, etc. The living room has 3 recliners, 1 rocking chair & 6 floor pillows.

Your family will be close to everything, yet far enough removed to enjoy peace and quiet. We have everything to accommodate little ones, pets, and remote working. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a couch with pull out bed and toddler bed and crib are available. You have a full kitchen for your convenience and a washer and dryer on site. There is wifi and a roku tv and the provisions for self prep breakfast. Our family enjoys a space just across the way and we know you will too.

A Cozy Place offers you access to the living room, tv room, kitchen and outside patio. The bedroom is just a few feet from a private bathroom, both nicely appointed for your comfort. I would like my guests leaving refreshed and thinking about wanting to come back for more relaxation and tranquility.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in West Valley, Yakima. This private unit has two suites with a full kitchen, a separate entrance and its own garage. It is newly renovated in 2019. Printing service and paper threader can be provided when requested.

Be free & easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home is out in the country, remote, private, quiet, 5 miles from Selah. The view is breathtaking of desert, orchards, I-82 bridge. The room is small with one super nice queen bed and closet space available for one or a couple. You may need to share a bathroom with 1 other guest. If you have pain, ask me about my pain relief skills using your mind.
