Welcome to our cozy private studio in Zaandam! Located on a quiet street just 300 meters from both Zaandam Station and the city center, our studio offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. We are conveniently located: Only 12 minutes by train to Amsterdam Central Station, 6 minutes to the famous Zaanse Schans, 25 minutes to Zandvoort Beach on the North Sea, 18 minutes to Schiphol Airport, All destinations are also reachable by bike if you prefer a more active way to explore.

De accommodatie is zeer compleet, met een moderne keuken vv magnetron, inductie kookplaat, koelkast, vaatwasser en flatscreen tv. Tevens kunt u gebruik maken van de eettafel met vier stoelen. Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e etage en heeft twee slaapkamers met in elke slaapkamer een 2 persoons bed. In de kamer bevindt zich een bedbank die voor extra slaapruimte zorgt, eetkamertafel met zes stoelen en een flatscreen tv. In de doucheruimte kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine en wasdroger.

From this perfectly located home base, everything is within easy reach. The studio is located in the car-free old town of Purmerend. The bus near the studio runs directly to Amsterdam city centre in 19 minutes. Between 4 and 8 times an hour. Night buses also run to and from downtown Amsterdam. Edam, Volendam Zaanse schans are also nearby and easy to reach by bus. Around the studio itself there are many shops and more than 50 bars and restaurants. Smoking is allowed on the roof terrace.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Een heerlijk luxe accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien, in het prachtige landelijke dorp Broek in Waterland. Op 20 minuten afstand van Amsterdam Centrum. Het is vijf minuten lopen naar de bus die rechtstreeks naar Amsterdam Centraal Station rijdt. Het is geheel privé met rondom terras en een mooie tuin voorzien van drie plekken om te zitten. Rondom omheind en afsluitbaar met een mooie poort. Het huis is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen.
