Our Place is a quiet lakefront getaway on Lake Winnsboro that offers excellent fishing, boating, skiing and swimming. Time seems to slow down when you're at Our Place. In downtown Winnsboro you can shop for one-of-a-kind items and antiques, stroll through the cultural arts district, and dine while listening to music in The Bowery. Visit in October for Autumn Trails and celebrate brilliant fall foliage and events such as parades, antique car and tractor shows, pageants and even a trail ride.

Welcome to Off the Hook our little piece of paradise located at Bass Captial of Texas, Lake Fork! Our tiny home is located close to a private boat ramp & fishing dock! Kick your shoe off and relax, we have just put in a new propane grill and new fire pit with a grill on top too, enjoy the outdoors and eat outside on the picnic table! Access to private pond on property. 38 ft RV, huge private parking area that will accommodate several cars, trucks and boats. Ext cord provide to charge boat. Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
