This separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled yard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. Welcome to our little patch of country in the rolling hills of Winters- sweeping views of nearby wine country, a beautiful pond, and a disc golf course for fun! We welcome our guests to roam and explore our 12+ acres, feel free to try out our canoe or paddle boat on the pond, birdwatch, and enjoy local hiking spots and points of interest like Lake Solano, and Lake Berryessa. The town of Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare.

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Equipped with Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, x-box and DVD player. Off-street, covered parking makes unpacking and packing easy.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
