Under 10 min drive to restaurants, bars, stores, and local concert venues. Come unwind after seeing live music at Pine Creek Lodge, The Old Saloon, or the Music Ranch. 15 minute drive to Chico and Sage Lodge. 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park and 30 minutes to Livingston. We can't wait to be apart of your Montana experience!

A peaceful, remote cabin studio near Yellowstone and the historic town of Livingston. Whether you want to spend your day reading on the deck, working remotely, listening to records, or heading out for a day in the Park, this space will lend to the experience you need. The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Million dollar view of Salmon River Valley

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Crazy Mountain Container Casa

Awaken to a panoramic view of the Crazy Mountains, Shields River and the deer, eagles, songbirds and assorted visitors that share this unique setting. Constructed from two shipping containers, we provide home base while you venture out to explore Yellowstone Park, hiking or mountain biking the Bridger and Crazy Mountains, or shopping and sightseeing in Bozeman or Livingston. Enjoy a glass of wine near your cozy gas stove or soak in the sunset and stars around the deck firepit.

The Sapphire Trout

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. With panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountains only ten minutes from the Bitterroot River and highway 93, the area offers hiking, boating, biking, fishing, hunting and many more activities. Private access to thousands of acres of public land allows for hiking, exploring and hunting opportunities and with the views, you won’t want to leave. Welcome to The Sapphire Trout.

Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Right off the Hip Strip and blocks from the Clark Fork trail, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath no threshold ground floor unit is perfect for concert weekends, campus visits, or quick hops downtown. Grab a pastry at La Petit, wander the riverfront, or cozy up on the couch with a local brew. Inside: fresh paint, fast WiFi, blackout shades, and a full kitchen with everything you need. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates 2 additional guests.

The mountain modern contemporary vibe and well-furnished, gourmet kitchen will make vacation cooking a joy! The dedicated work space, computer monitor, and comfortable desk chair provide all the work-from-home comforts. Fall asleep to the sounds of the river flowing nearby and enjoy the private walking/fishing access to Rock Creek.

100 year old adorable one room cabin with a private bath with a wood burning fireplace. Private deck with seating. Hand made cedar headboard on queen size bed with brand new mattress. Gorgeous forest views. Unplug and get away in the heart of the Bitterroot National Forest. Please read entire listing and rules carefully. We love having guests bring pets but do charge a small fee of $10 per pet per night.
