Ord's Loft – historische Wohnung in der Altstadt

Ord's Loft, in White Horse Close, ist eine der begehrtesten und einzigartigsten Unterkünfte in der Altstadt von Edinburgh. Das Loft befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk des ehemaligen White Horse Coaching Inn, das 1624 von Laurence Ord erbaut wurde. Der Zugang erfolgt über die legendären Stufen, die auf so vielen Fotos von Edinburgh zu sehen sind. Der Ausblick nach Süden über den Innenhof ist Holyrood Palace, Arthurs Seat, das schottische Parlament und die Altstadt, während er nach hinten auf Regent Road und Calton Hill blickt.
