Newly converted double garage conversion into a lovely bright and airy self contained flat. Their is a large bedroom with adjoining toilet, shower and hand basin. Their is a roomy kitchen sitting area equipped with small tv with loads of freeview channels. electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with small freezer compartment. Plates cups, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans etc. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The kitchen has a breakfast/laptop bar and stools and a Settee. We’re very happy with this lovely conversion and hope you will be too. There’s off street parking provided for one car and own private secure access to the flat. We’re situated in a nice quiet residential area, yet close enough to plenty of shops restaurants and pubs etc. With quick and easy access to A13 and M25

Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

Only a 10 min uber ride to Lakeside shopping center, where you will you can shop or enjoy restaurants, bars, and a large number of activities. Including Puttshack, Boom Battle Bar, Axe Throwing, Darts, Beer Pong, Shuffleboard and more.

A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village.
