Wachen Sie in der Deer Barn, einem luxuriös umgebauten Stall auf unserem Familienbauernhof am Kennet-&-Avon-Kanal, mit Vogelgesang und einem friedlichen Blick auf die Landschaft auf. Verbringe entspannte Vormittage in deinem privaten, nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten, schlendere am Kanalweg entlang, entdecke unabhängige Cafés und Geschäfte und kehre dann zurück, um am Abend an der Feuerstelle neben dem Grill die Sterne zu beobachten. Lass dich mit einem guten Buch auf dem Sofa nieder und schalte vom Alltag ab (Starlink-Internet, falls du in Verbindung bleiben möchtest!). Hundefreundlich. Unabhängig und mit Wildtieren arbeitend!

Stilvoller Kurzurlaub im Herzen des Pewsey Vale

Dieses Studio-Loft wurde kürzlich mit einem stilvollen und dennoch gemütlichen Ambiente renoviert. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten, um es zum idealen Ausgangspunkt zu machen, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Perfekt für Wanderer, Radfahrer oder einen romantischen Kurzurlaub. Obwohl es an unser Haus angeschlossen ist, ist es komplett unabhängig mit einem separaten Eingang und reichlich Parkplätzen. Gut erzogene Hunde sind willkommen, aber wir bitten darum, dass sie an der Leine gehalten werden. Wir haben einen sicheren Ort für Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Alte Kapelle Wootton Rivers

Eine wunderschön renovierte, wunderbar gelegene, umgebaute Kapelle mit großem privaten Garten in einem der schönsten Dörfer der Gegend. Wootton Rivers liegt in der North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, mit schönen Spaziergängen entlang des Kennet & Avon Canal, des Ridgeway und des Savernake Forest. Das Dorf hat eine strohgedeckte Kneipe aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, ganz in der Nähe der Kapelle. Wir befinden uns auch an der Route 4 des National Cycle Network und in der Nähe toller Restaurants wie Stein's und Dan's in Marlborough.

Hübscher Garten, ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien, und Parkplätze für 2 Autos in der Einfahrt. In der Nähe des Savernake Forest – ideal zum Wandern/Radfahren in dieser schönen Umgebung. Avebury, Stonehenge, Salisbury und Devizes sind alle mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist völlig privat und bietet stilvolle, unabhängige Studio-Unterkünfte abseits des Haupthauses. Sie umfasst einen gut ausgestatteten Küchenbereich, ein luxuriöses eigenes Duschbad und einen nach Süden ausgerichteten privaten Terrassengarten, der einen schönen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft bietet. Nur zwei Meilen von der schönen Marktstadt Marlborough und in der Nähe der antiken Stätten Avebury und Silbury Hill entfernt, bietet es den idealen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen und Erholen.

Cosy, Interior Designed, C18th, Thatched cottage

Alba Cottage is a charming, Grade II Listed, 3 bedroom thatched cottage in the picturesque village of Wilcot (in the Pewsey Vale an AONB). It has wooden beams, a warm, colourful interior and is very quiet and peaceful. The large garden has a hidden gate onto the green behind. Free parking immediately outside the door. 4mins from Pewsey station (London 1 hr) but surrounded by picturesque walks and cycle routes in the North Wessex Downs and Savernake Forest. Many straight from the front door.

West Stowell - Cosy Garden Room Getaway

A cosy getaway for two in the heart of Wiltshire countryside. The Garden Room is nestled in the private garden of our traditional thatched cottage in the hamlet of West Stowell. The studio offers a comfy double bed, loveseat sofa & kitchenette with bistro table. Many famous sights within driving distance including Bath, Marlborough, Salisbury & Avebury – and many fabulous walks in the surrounding area. Parking available, well behaved dogs welcome (garden not dogproof), use of BBQ on request.

Lakeside Annexe in hamlet next to the K&A canal

The Annexe is attached to our house which is on the edge of a small hamlet bordering the Kennet and Avon canal in the heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale. It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Countryside getaway in the Pewsey Vale - Owl annex

The self contained annexe is a comfortable space from where you can enjoy wonderful local walks in the Pewsey Vale. The White Horse Trail is reached from the end of the garden. The towns of Marlborough and Pewsey are about a 10 minute drive away, where there are plenty of good pubs and restaurants. The annex is one of three attached to the main house and is set in a large garden with fantastic views up Martinsell Hill. We have off road parking available and Pewsey station is minutes away.

Bumbles cabin

Situated in the small village of Wilcot 1.8 miles from Pewsey known for one of Wiltshires smallest white horses on Pewsey hill, Bumbles cabin is less than 2 minutes walk to the Kennet and Avon canal, along with many beautiful countryside walks surrounding the village. 5 Minutes walk to the local public house, The golden swan said to be the steepest thatch in Wiltshire! 20 mins to west kennet, 20 mins to Devizes, 14 mins to Marlborough, 14 mins to Avebury stone and 30 mins to Stonehenge.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.
