Two blocks from NJTransit busses to NYC, walking distance from restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundromats banks, vintage shops, parks and hiking trails, 15 min drive to Garden State Plaza. NO SMOKING! We take cleanliness very seriously. Note: 6’4” ceiling height.

Clean, convenient, & close to train & downtown

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

The best of both worlds just 32 miles north of New York City: a cozy studio apartment steps away from bustling downtown Nyack. The studio features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The Hudson River and Nyack Beach State Park are also just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy all the outdoor activities the area has to offer.

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.
