Fun location, cosy self-catering cottage close to the Lagoon in oldest part of Langebaan. Across form the play park, ideal for small children. The House features: - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms (of which 1 en-suite) - Kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave & dishwasher) - Living Room (with television that is DSTV-compatible, no decoder, login to the app.), with fire place. - Outside braai area with fire pit - Enough parking space for a recreational boat and launch at Yacht club, close by.

Enormous undercover braai area with magnificent dining table and dresser. Important to note that there is only a kitchenette. You have use of a large scullery off the braai area with all the small appliances including a microwave and washing machine. The garage may also be used. Exclusive use, but the owners lock some private space.

There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

This self catering cottage will have you fully relaxed in no time! Kent's Cottage is perfect for smaller family groups on epic surf getaways. With the newly completed wood burner, hot tub this spot is a real gem for winter or summer breakaways.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with office / studio. Wood fire hot tub with a seaw, Schwinn Cruiser bicycles to explore the town. Very important: Guests with no reviews need to send a request and not book instantly.
