Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Welcome to your ocean view vacation spot. This ocean front studio has all you need for a true vacation. Directly across the street from North Beach, which is tidal. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is only about a mile away . Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and full-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo.

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. To simplify things and to be fair to those that instant book, we typically do not negotiate rates. Thank you!
