Your stay at Red Cottage will be comfortable, easily accessible, and minutes away from Canton, Waynesville, and Maggie Valley. The circa 1950’s Cottage is fully renovated inside and out. Beautiful front porch and lovely sitting area in the rear of the Cottage. We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer included. Welcome!

Pets permitted $40/first pet $20/each additional pet. Area is fenced. Listen to the river while lying in the in-deck hammock. The perfect stage for a restful afternoon or night time stargazing. Welcome! This luxury treehouse home has floor to ceiling windows with 360 * views of the NC Smoky Mountains. The amazing open floor plan has a huge fully equipped kitchen to hang out and relax with your friends and family. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset from bed or on the wrap around porch. Sit by the outdoor fire pit with a glass of wine and share some stories or read a book while overlooking the mountains. Our home has air hockey/ping pong/arcade games and karaoke. Paved road access to home.

The Marshall House a vintage craftsman home

Come enjoy the Marshall House. This cozy bungalow offers a sun filled sitting room which makes for a perfect family gathering. It also has an additional living room space and a sun room for your morning coffee. The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 updated baths with walk in showers. There is a patio and a firepit in a shared courtyard area and quite front porch. The home is a half mile from downtown Waynesville in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
