Hi- this is private tent camping on a horse farm in kerhonkson, NY It is not a campground! $25/ person per night! Many sites so even if it shows booked , reach out to me!! There is no water or electricity but you can have a small fire if conditions allow. Yes, portajohn. You can drive your car to the site which is in a field. Stunning fully renovated 1970 partial A frame cottage in the woods! Set privately on four acres with a stream and meandering stone walls, the cottage is modern yet rustic, with a mid century decor. Main floor has living room with beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas operated), kitchen, bathroom, and an office with a desk and twin bed. Second floor has master bedroom with queen size bed and a separate loft area with desk. Great place to relax in nature - a perfect couple's getaway!

Shingle Gully Cottage

The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request. Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV which has cable. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

Blue Haven in the Catskills

We built a studio-house on the foundation of an old summer cottage. We did not expand the footprint, but furnished it with select pieces and appliances and gave it contemporary finishes. We also added a screened porch, open deck and stone patio. The woodland and mountain views are lovely, while the location is convenient to Lake Minnewaska State Park and the Mohonk Preserve. Ulster County levies a 4% tax on overnight stays. Payment is made anytime between confirmation and arrival.
