Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Chelsea Lake House, Game Room, & Pontoon-rental

Come bike, hike, fish, kayak, boat and have a fire right on the shore of the lake, yet close to picturesque downtown Chelsea (3 miles) that features bars, shopping, excellent restaurants and we’re a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor/UoM Stadium (18 miles). There is a family room with queen size futon and TV, a large bedroom with queen size bed and closet, and a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker, and a full bathroom.
