Nestled in the trees on a quiet lake this home is designed to be a sanctuary and a launch pad for outdoor adventures. Visit the town of North Stonington, Stonington, Westerly and Mystic then return to your quiet spot. It features sweeping views and an open living space. A short drive to store, casinos, wineries, forest for hikes and 95. (We have added a generator to our list of amenities, just in case!)

People love this setup for vacation! (We never rent the two units separately.) Come relax and enjoy lakefront living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on Boone Lake. 1st BR offers a king size bed and 2nd BR offers a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle. Enjoy open concept living with beautiful views of the lake. Inside you will find wifi, streaming on 3 tvs, Wii, board games, puzzles and books. Relax on the large deck, enjoy yard games or use the 2 kayaks, canoe or paddle board. A perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Ring camera at front door only for security.

Welcome to Farley Ave! Our 1700’s home was originally a barn to the farm house next door, hence the close proximity and lower original ceilings/beams. Both were converted to a homes in 1905 and then we restored this house in 2021 to give it the character it once had, and bring it back to life. Our home is walking distance to bars and restaurants in downtown Westerly, as well as 10 minutes from Westerly beaches and 10 minutes to Mystic CT! Equipped with bikes, beach essentials and more!
