The house has been completely updated (new kitchen, bathroom, floors, bench/table). The upstairs has the kitchen (has a dishwasher), family room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and full bath. The downstairs is completely finished and has a large family room, washer/dryer room, 1 bedroom and full bath. 750 sq ft deck with 3 levels and brand new cedar outdoor shower.

Sugar Loaf Hill second floor room

My space is the entire second floor which includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and tv. You have your own thermostat and window air conditioner in the summer. My house is approximately 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several local restaurants and small shops. I'm about 1/2 mile from the bike path also. There is only one bathroom in the house on the first floor but I do try to work around everyone's needs as I know they are mostly here for vacation.
