A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

Grill some steak and fresh maine lobster on the spacious deck while taking in the breathtaking lake. 30 foot cathedral ceilings with views of the lake from the main living area. With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. The Raven Cabin - Our newly constructed A-frame cabin is located on a secluded mountain in East Machias, Maine. This is one of two cabins on this property and sits at a high elevation giving our guests spectacular views of the East Machias River. Enjoy listening to native birds singing and watch the eagles soar overhead as you sip coffee on the front deck. This cabin sleeps 4-5.
