Our family had a blast at John, Mark, Lauren and Julie's place. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. They had lots of conveniences in the house such as starter sized detergent and dish soap-- even makeup wipes. The few times we needed to reach the owners, they were super responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. During our stay, the nearest public beach access was closed for construction, but the golf cart came in clutch to get to Bramble Grove public access just east on 30A. That area had plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a ramp all the way down to the beach. There's a great little ice cream shop between the beach and the house. We would happily return to stay at their house anytime. Thanks, y'all!

Fabulous! This property was exactly as described. Safe and pretty area. Just a 5 minute walk to public beach access! Clean. Perfect for a couple. Ample space for a couple. Very comfortable king size bed. Good a/c and circulation. Check in very easy and flexible. We contacted owner with a question and our call was returned within 5-10 minutes. Perfect part of Sea Grove. Just about 2 blocks back off of 30A. We could walk everywhere: beach, restaurants, coffee shops. Quick bike ride (2 bikes included) to Seaside, Watercolor. Would stay here again.

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

House was great! Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Great location to the pool. Right beside a tram stop. Short easy walk to beach. Tram shuts down at 5pm but we walked to the beach at night for crab hunting with the littles and it was no issue! Short bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach for a lot of great restaurants and more shopping. Bikes are a game changer getting around and we were so glad this place came with 4! We rented a kid trailer to pull on the back and took the littles with us. Super easy and convenient! Overall, we had a great experience and can’t wait to come back to 30A!

Wonderful stay! Cassie was great and very responsive. Space was clean and just like the pictures. We also loved how close the beach was!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great—spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The kids especially loved the hidden room under the stairs; such a fun surprise! A few minor issues came up during our stay, but the host was quick to respond and very helpful. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, everything still worked out perfectly. We'd definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Amazing stay! Private beach for the building, restaurants within walking distance or very short driving. Grocery store nearby as well. Kitchen is full of dishes and cookware and makes it easy to eat at “home” a few times. Gorgeous view of the beach from any room! Will definitely book again in the future.

Place was very nice and clean. Outside patio was a great place to hangout. Close walk to beach and short drive to restaurants and stores.

Absolutely perfect location. Bert’s place is so cozy and clean- I extended 2 days because I didn’t want to leave.

The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

Incredible beach access and such a beautiful and relaxing vacation spot! Blue Mountain Beach area is so much more relaxed and less crowded than some of the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay, and our little boys loved the pool and utilized all the beach toys we found in the storage area. The provided beach chair/umbrella setup was so wonderful! Just a walk out the door and down the boardwalk/stairs to the beach. We enjoyed many meals out on the veranda and loved all the palm trees surrounding the building. Jourdyn was so responsive to help resolve a couple of things during our stay. We would love to come back again for a beach vacation in 30A!

AMAZING HOUSE!! This house is exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay and exceeded all of our expectations. The house was nicely decorated with high quality items. It was fully stocked and extremely clean. The hostess is very helpful and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. You can't beat the location. So convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend this house. I will definitely book again.

Our family of 7 had a great experience at the Villa in Santa Rosa Beach. The villa was spacious and clean. We loved having a heated pool right outside our door and the 2 minute walk to the beach was very convenient. There was lots of restaurants, coffee and donut shops within walking distance! Having beach chairs and toys was also a plus! Thanks you for letting us vacation at your beautiful villa!
